Outstanding 4 Bedroom Open-Plan Lodge.

The lodge has 4 large double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a huge open plan kitchen/dining/living space. Sleeps 8 with 1 king, 2 double and 2 single beds. Perfect for extended family or friend groups.
Newly decorated throughout with lots of home comforts including plenty of cushions and throws! Play board games and read books on offer during your stay! A great place to relax after a long day at the beach!

The Lodge is situated on the Atlantic Reach Holiday Park only a ten minute drive from Newquay. There is a cafe, pub, restaurant and launderette on site. Unfortunately the rental does not include use of the pool, gym or soft play, which are only available to direct Atlantic reach bookers. There are many attractions nearby including a Segway School and a Golf Course

Great central location to visit Newquay and Padstow area.Owner very responsive and helped when we had a issue. Very attentive and I appreciate all her help.House is a good base and offered enough space for us all. Great value for money. Hope to return in future.

We are a family of 3 generations ranging from 18-78 years old so 6 adults in total. There was plenty of room for all of us and then some! There was a lovely welcome basket when we arrived. lWe liked the fact that there was a dining table that we could all sit around (it would seat up to 8) and 3 generous sofas. There was plenty of crockery and pans etc. The kitchen was quite adequate and included a dishwasher.There is a downstairs double room which is next door to a bathroom. This suited my elderly mother perfectly. Upstairs is a further 3 bedrooms, one king size, one with a small double and one with twin beds. All rooms have built in wardrobes and bedside tables. The king size room is en-suite then there is a main bathroom upstairs with a shower and jacuzzi bath. The site was ok although we did not spend a lot of time there. There was a small cafe and a shop that sold the basics. There is a pub which sometimes had a band. The food was pricy in both outlets so we did not eat there. There is a small arcade with a mixture of machines which gets very hot and loud. Overall we enjoyed our stay a lot. There were a few things that could be improved as given the cost.The interior is tired in placesIt needs a deep clean (dirty hand prints, move bedside tables, mould blocking the water outlet in fridgeNot all windows opened properly so too hot upstairsDon’t list the property as having access to a pool/gym as it is not permitted due to being privately owned

Good house

House in good condition. Nice welcome basket from owner. Quick to respond to queries. Park overall needs a bit of a spruce up, but main leisure facilities are good.

Home from home

Lovely spacious, fully equipped property. With a lovely welcome gift too! Fantastic location to explore the rest of Cornwall. Lovely swimming pools on site other facilities available but didn’t use them. Would have been nice if there was more evening entertainment at the site, but that didn’t effect out stay. Will be back for sure.

Great base for a Cornish adventure

We stayed as an extended family group. The lodge is spacious and perfectly laid out- ground floor bathroom + bed for grandparents and a jacuzzi bubble bath for kids! Great communication from owners & lovely to meet one of them with a friendly chat at end of stay.Thank you for hosting & we’ll certainly think about returning for future trips.

Excellent Vacation!

The property was a great base for a Cornwall getaway. A very nice and clean end terrace property on a very nice holiday camp with some great amenities. Around 15min from Newquay and 45 min from St Ives it was very simple to utilise the A30 to get around the whole of Cornwall. Recommended highly.
