Breakfast was fabulous with lots of options! Room was comfy and spacious. Area has lots of shopping and dining options but all the shops close down by 6 so plan accordingly. Staff was very nice.

Modern, lovely and family friendly hotel Right across from main station Most places are within walking distance Free coffee and water whole day long in lobby is a nice touch (especially in the cold winter season) Check in and check out was very quick and staff were all very friendly and welcoming Elevators were very new and fast Room was as advertised, spacious and new 2 bathrooms with 1 toilet was clean and modern. Water pressure was good A fridge in room might have been more helpful Beds were very comfortable Sofa bed however needs a mattress change perhaps.. sunken in already 2 TVs (one in bedroom and one in hall) Good selection of English channels Breakfast was the best we have had in Europe Fantastic variety and great food Will definitely stay there if visiting St Gallen again

We only stayed overnight but had a great experience with a very large room. The towels were also bath sheets which again was great. The room was clean but could have done with an extra chair. The breakfast had a wide variety and there was plenty.

Located close to public transport. Easy walking to restaurants and cafes. Modern facilities and helpful courteous staff. Cleanliness of room was questionable as we found a number of nail clippings on the floor. Overall an enjoyable 2 night stay.
