Adventure Seekers Retreat near Zion NP & many hiking trails

Come stay in this newly remodeled condo located perfectly for adventure seekers like you. New appliances, new furniture, and free covered parking along with an abundance of property amenities including: pools, hot tubs, tennis/pickleball court, racquetball court (closed for maintenance), fitness center, and outdoor eating and play areas. Close to several national and state parks like Zions, Bryce Canyon, Cedar Breaks and Snow Canyon/Tuacahn Amphitheater. A perfect place to come home to after your daily adventures.

This quiet Condo is located in Sports Village Resort. Located on the second floor (14 stairs up) with easy access covered parking. Featuring all new appliances including a 50" flat screen TV in living room and a 32" TV in bedroom. Fully functional dine in kitchen stocked with pots, pans and cooking utensils to make your stay feel at home. Large master bathroom with double vanities, full sized shower. Pool towels are also supplied for use in clubhouse. Complimentary toiletries such as body soap, shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer are supplied. This unit sleeps 4 with a very comfortable king size bed as well as the queen sized sofa sleeper. Extra sheets and blankets provided. You also have access to a new washer and dryer within the unit for your convenience. High speed wireless internet is provided along with Hulu Live TV service, streaming hundreds of channels for your enjoyment at no additional cost. There is a secure keyless entry pad on door for self check in. You will be provided a personal code upon your arrival.

You will be close to all the main attractions! This is by far the best option in St. George for overall value. Pay far less than a hotel and get so much more.
Resort amenities include:
-4 community charcoal BBQ grills with picnic tables located outside clubhouse under a Cabana next to pools.
-2 Large Pools (one 18+ pool and a family pool-heated). Pools will be closed Monday following Thanksgiving and reopens on Friday of Presidents Day weekend.
-2 Jacuzzi - open year round
NOTE: The Tennis/Pickleball Courts will be closed starting on Monday, February 24, 2025 for necessary repairs. The repairs are anticipated to take 6 weeks. We hope to have the courts up and running the week of April 7th.

Easy check-in. Very clean and newly remodeled condo. Super comfortable and easy to get to. This place had everything you’d need! We felt like we were staying at home! The upgraded appliances with filtered water and an ice maker was a fantastic touch! If we come back to St. George we will book this place again. 6 stars out of 5!

Love this property. We had a wonderful, quiet and relaxing vacation. This condo was the perfect getaway for my husband and I. We loved the porch off of the bedroom to sit and relax in the mornings and late evenings. It’s close to the pools and pickleball courts and is only a short drive from many hikes and amazing views, including Snow Canyon. Super easy check in and check out. Great little condo.

Great Getaway

This was the perfect place for a short getaway. We enjoyed being close to the trails and all that St. George has to offer. Would highly recommend and can’t wait till we come back!

Clean and as Advertised

very clean and updated apartment with all the main necessities. It is located in an older complex and the main buildings are more run down and outdate (gym, clubhouse) and the adult pool is not heated but the apartment is nice, comfortable and clean. Also close to the Bearclaw Poppy biking area for easy access or to go for a walk away from the folks. I would consider staying here again.
