The breakfast was good with plenty of options. The pillows, bedding and mattress were great. But the hotel is old, worn and dirty. The two rooms we had both had water damage and smelled of mold. Even on the days we requested room service we received none. The desk staff were helpful and polite. But this property is definitely not Travelocity gives this property a 9.2.

The water for our shower was just warm not hot enough for us. The food for breakfast was awesome.

We are so sorry about the hot water being an issue this week. We finally got a Plummer in to fix the issue. Not normally a problem for us but life can be random sometimes. I appreciate your patients and if there is anything We can do in the future please let us know. Take care and happy new years!

Great breakfast Construction going on at the main entrance, blocking convenience and violating fire and life building codes. No signs explaining the situation. Very, very slow progress of the work. Noise, dust and a long walking trip to get in or out.
