It was better than expected. The road traffic was a little loud. The bathroom tub was slow to drain at first and then stopped draining altogether. Overall, it was fine.

It's a little gem. Very friendly staff. Excellent communication before the stay. Very clean and tidy. I stayed in a studio. Small stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, sofa with fold out bed and a small dining table w/two stools. Five stars because it's clean, quiet, in the center of old St George and inexpensive. But...A few things. The bath needed an upgrade. The carpet was clean but a bit worn. The wifi is 2.0 right now. They said they are updating to 5.0 soon. The water took a while to get warm for showering.

The room was clean and comfortable enough. However, the wifi was garbage and the repeated aggressive/threatening messages before and when I arrived about things like dogs, bikes, the TV input, etc. were really unwelcome & not appreciated, especially after a long day's drive. It seems like whoever writes their communication should be in another industry since they seem to completely dislike & distrust their guests.
The message awaiting me when I arrived after multiple similarly brusque and accusatory-type messages before my arrival.

The room was spacious, clean and amenities were ample. The kitchen was nice although I didn’t use it. I obtained the key via a box as there was no staff. There is also no WiFi.
