Newly Renovated One Bedroom One Bath Full Kitchen--Pool And Clubhouse Access

Enjoy the sun and scenery of southern Utah in our newly renovated condo. We upgraded the televisions, furniture and bedding. This does not feel like a one bedroom condo with vaulted ceilings and spacious common area and dining room. The beds include a queen bed in the master bedroom, a pullout queen bed and with extra sleeping space on the remaining couch section.
Located within an hour of Zions National Park, one half mile from the best mountain biking in the west, and 90 minutes from Las Vegas.
Enjoy the sunset on our spacious, newly renovated deck. The deck has a locking gate for bicycles or extra security if the kids want to sleep under the stars.
Enjoy all the advantages of the Sports Village membership: two swimming pools, tennis courts, racquetball court, pickleball court, shuffleboard, basketball court, pool table, indoor miniature golf, free wi fi at the clubhouse and many other indoor games in the clubhouse.

We enjoyed our three nights at this condo. We love Sports Village and this is the third or fourth condo we have stayed in there. Information was provided well in advance by the owner and was accurate and helpful. Condo is small but well appointed and our family of five stayed there comfortably - we spent most of our time using the amenities outdoors. The kitchen had all the basics that we needed for simple meals, the bed and couches were comfortable. While the flooring & furniture is nice and newer, the linens were nice and new, and the electronics were current, “newly renovated” may be a stretch - I’d probably refer to it as newly updated. Paint and cabinetry is definitely older. It was very clean and I’d definitely stay here again. The only thing I might suggest for further comfort would be a table on the patio.

Fun weekend away!
This property was great! We loved the outdoor balcony where we could store our bikes. It is close to bear claw poppy bike trail. The pools and activities were very fun! We will definitely stay at this property in the future!!

Everything was really nice, host was great to get in touch with. The only complaint I had was when I went into use the bathroom it smell like urine. I looked around and everything seem clean, but underneath the toilet rim not the toilet seat that looked like it was dirty or mold or it just needed clean good underneath the rim.
