This 5 Bedroom 5.5 Bath home offers beachfront living at its best. Four king en-suite bedrooms all with beach view and balcony access plus a kids oasis bedroom that comfortably sleeps four, with their own en-suite bathroom. A brand new large open concept kitchen joined with the dining room offers panoramic beach views, along with plenty of outdoor dining areas too!
Beachfront Betty sparkles more brilliantly thanks to recent renovations, this home was previously known as Affinity. The kitchen and bathrooms were stripped down to the studs. Now offering a bright cheery feeling with modern art, white shiplap walls, breathtaking kitchen with stunning quartz countertops Beachfront Betty is a must!
Each space boasts coastal modern decor- beginning with the foyer every nook is welcoming in Beach Front Betty. While several of the en-suite rooms would classify as master suites in any house, the Second floor master suite offers same level access to the living room, kitchen, and dining, plus balcony access and en-suite bathroom with shower.
The attention to detail is obvious in the custom tile finishes, hardware and furnishings. Every house needs certain necessities to host families and our home is not lacking. A full size washer and dryer, and flat screen smart TVs raise the comfort level. Plus a full stocked kitchen with anything you need including a beverage cooler.
Less than 50 steps and you are at The Plantation clubhouse with a community pool, fitness center, electric vehicle charging station, and within walking distance to tennis and pickle ball courts!
Plus our island offers shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores which are very close by (4.5 miles)
