The different levels afford a variety of spaces for everyone to be separate and together at the same time. Double decker balconies provide outdoor relaxation space, and Bayside Oyster is a two-minute walk to the beach at The Blue Parrot. It is also a one minute walk to the sweet concoctions at Island Espresso, the Art of Glass, or tasty desserts at Island Adventures. It is a one minute walk to shops, groceries, and dining. Kayaking is available next door at Journey’s. You are truly in the heart of SGI. We accommodate pups 20 pounds or smaller for short-term rentals but can accommodate larger pups for MONTHLY rentals. The house is great location, could use new beds and mattesses, ice maker didnt work. New shower heads as well. Air conditioner worked great! Pleanty of room for 8 people. Over all would stay again. And would recommend! Love SGI!

What a beautiful property! Clean, stocked with necessities, and centrally located to key areas of interests on the island. Highly recommend this property! Make sure you are prepared for stair climbing-great way to balance out all the relaxing you will do at the beach and at the screened porch overlooking the bay!
