The Mango Tree on Kymquat is SPECTACULAR!!! Iâm a former caterer and was stoked with the exceptionally well stocked kitchen. As it turned out, I could have left my favorite pots/pans and knife sharpener at home. The appliances are top notch. We especially enjoyed the ULine ice maker. The home is furnished beautifully along with being functional. The floor plan makes living there easy. The master bedroom has ample hanging space in the walk in closet, but I wish there was at least one chest of drawers in the room. Certainly not a deal breaker! The views from all the rooms are lovely. The pool was used every day and I liked the fact it was serviced while we were there. I highly recommend this house in particular in the Plantation.
We were looking for a peaceful place and this delivered. The house is new and looks great. The beach access was close and easy to access. The beach was very peaceful. There is a large sandbar about 20 yards offshore which made playing with the kids in the ocean more enjoyable.
We had a great time. This home was beautiful, great aesthetics and layout. We have been doing this annually for 11 years but our first time at this home and it had the best pool of all the homes we have rented. Easy access to the beach.
A beautiful home, right on the beach. Perfect size for the six of us. Huge wall of glass sliders looking out over the Gulf. We were lucky enough to be there during a full moon. It would rise right out in front over the water.
Location was perfect. Wide open beach at the end of the private walkway over the dunes. Not the rows and rows of chairs you find at other beaches.
I have a few suggestions for future renters, that may help their stays. 1 towel per person, so you may want to bring your own. If you cook, bring some spices. We had to purchase salt and pepper. There were no spices available at the house.
One issue we had, on check in day, was with the property management company. We received one email a couple days before with checkin instructions. We arrived at 5pm (check-in time), and got into the house fine. Within that first 30 minutes after arrival, we could not get the WiFi or TV to work. I called the contact number from their email, but the recording said the office closes at 5pm, and they would get back to us on Monday. After a few voicemails, enails, and texts, they returned my call the next morning. I couldnât understand why the property manager office closes the same time as check-in. The response was not good at all.
A lot of this property itself is 5-star, but I can only give it 4 overall because of the bare minimum style
of the property manager.
