Casa Bellaluca is a spacious beachfront retreat located in the exclusive St. George Plantation community. Thoughtfully designed by the homeowner with gatherings in mind, this custom-built home is ideal for special occasions and large group getaways. Guests enjoy access to all Plantation amenities, including tennis courts, nature trails, bicycle paths, a fitness center, two community pools, and entry to the renowned Bob Sikes Cut. Despite its private, gated setting, Casa Bellaluca is just minutes from island shopping, dining, nightlife, the St. George Lighthouse Museum and a multi-use trail perfect for exploring.
Outside, the home offers a multi-car garage, covered entry, park-style grill and multiple entertainment spaces. A large private pool and a private boardwalk lead directly to the sandy Gulf shores. Inside, guests are welcomed by an elevator serving all floors and a grand circular staircase. On the first level, two separate living areas offer abundant seating, sleeper sofas, and beautiful Gulf and pool views. One of the living rooms includes a wet bar and second refrigerator. Both areas open directly to the pool deck and beachfront access.
The second level features a generous open-concept living area with large windows showcasing panoramic Gulf views. This main living space includes a large screen TV, multiple seating areas, a sleeper sofa, and a wet bar with a wine fridge. Two dining areas provide ample space for meals and conversation. One seats six and overlooks the water, while the second features a large table for ten with balcony access. The kitchen is open to both dining areas and includes a spacious island, stone countertops, a coffee bar, two ovens, and two dishwashers for easy group entertaining.
A separate media room behind the kitchen includes a large TV, Blu-ray player, comfortable seating, and a pool table. Additional features include a washer and dryer, a pool alarm system, automatic closet lighting, and thoughtful coastal decor throughout.
