I've stayed many times at True Blue and as usual the staff are very warm, friendly and accommodating. Wednesday night Street Food was fab- and I was surprised to see the PM of Grenada in attendance! Loved the steel pan music too on Tuesday night. Though breakfast was nice-it would have been good to have a varied menu each day-or after a few days- instead of the same oh, same oh every morning.....except for the lovely local teas-which varied every morning. Thanks for the Cinnamon teas and the local Cocoa/Hot chocolate. I was extremely grateful when staff graciously accommodated me and made some hot chocholate without sugar- to meet my personal preference.

I think the price is right and the location is very convenient to visiting students at SGU. I would and will stay here again as the views are lovely and the room was very spacious. It’s not fancy but it was clean and the staff were nice. If I paid more I would expect more. I would categorize it as a typical Caribbean hotel. There are areas in disrepair but it doesn’t affect your stay. If you are looking to stay close to the university I think it’s the best spot. If you are looking for a beach vacation this isn’t your spot. It was fine, I cannot lie and say I was blown away by anything, it was average but convenient. We had no problems, felt safe and it was all fine. It’s just not a five star property but I don’t believe it claims to be. If I was diving I would %100 stay here. I do appreciate the properties community contributions and look forward to visiting again for that reason.

The front desk was staffed with pleasant and friendly personnel. The guest room was clean and its amenities which included an adequately outfitted kitchenette was nice to have. The breakfast offered included a wide range of choices to eat.

Literally, the housekeeping staff would knock on our door in the morning and take all of our towels and not replace them. Our towels would be gone all day long and finally late in the afternoon we would call and ask for towels back and they’d begrudgingly give us more towels. Housekeeping also wouldn’t sweep the rooms or empty our trash unless prompted to do so and they were supposed to clean the rooms every day. The lower pool was dirty and cloudy. Some of the staff members had an attitude as if we were bothering them when we asked them for food or drink. It definitely was not worth the high price that we paid to stay there. If you feel compelled to stay here, negotiate the price down because it definitely is not worth the money, especially when you can’t even get a towel.
