Just a short stroll away from St Ives Town Centre with its restaurants, art scene and boutique shops. A great escape for families or friends alike all year round.
The spacious and bright living area includes two contemporary, grey sofas, and a smart TV.
The open plan kitchen and dining room is well equipped with a fridge with an icebox, microwave, electric oven, and gas hob and washing machine.
The dining table comfortably seats up to four guests and is perfect for family dinners or for that special occasion. The partial sea view can be enjoyed from the large windows.
There is also a breakfast bar which is perfect for your morning coffee or a cheeky Bucks Fizz.
The master bedroom offers a double-sized bed, ample storage, and stunning partial sea views.
The second bedroom has bunk beds and a single bed and ample storage
There is a family shower with a single headed shower, WC, wash basin and heated towel rail.
