Gwel Porth is a stylish, newly refurbished retreat offering lovely views of St Ives from its elevated position. Perfect for couples or small families, this contemporary dog-friendly property comfortably sleeps up to four guests.
The open-plan living area is a perfect for relaxation, featuring plush velvet blue sofas which invite you to curl up with a good book or enjoy a movie on the flat screen TV. While the cosy window seats offers views over St Ives.
The dining area comfortably seats four, making it ideal for enjoying leisurely meals together.
The modern kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need for self-catering, including a fridge, electric hob and oven, toaster, kettle, and microwave. There is also a washing machine available for your use.
The adjacent bathroom is a luxurious space with blush pink tiles, a walk-in shower featuring both rainfall and handheld options, a WC and hand wash basin.
Outside, a private courtyard is the ideal spot to unwind and soak up the sun. With seating for four and a charming outdoor table for enjoying al fresco dining.
Upstairs, the master bedroom offers a king-size bed and ample storage space. The second bedroom is flexible, accommodating either two twin beds or a king-size bed upon request, making it suitable for couples or friends travelling together.
