Situated in the heart of Downalong, Hollies Cottage is a spacious 3-storey fisherman's cottage that retains plenty of character. An impressive mix of old and new, it's just moments from the beaches, harbour and Island car park. Modernised to a high standard throughout and sleeping 8, this property is ideal for extended families and groups of friends who want to spend quality time together.
Ground Floor
Open plan kitchen/sitting/dining room. Large room with tiled floor and access on both Burrow Road and Island Road.
Kitchen and dining area. Fitted with solid worktops, plentiful storage, electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer. Dining table for 8.
Sitting area. Large corner settee and 3-seater settee, 32" flat screen TV, DVD and stereo.
Separate WC. WC only.
First Floor
Bedroom 1. Bunk beds with sets of drawers, wash basin, flat screen TV/DVD and bookcase with games. Access through this room to hallway.
Bedroom 2. Double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe and wash basin.
Second Floor
Bedroom 3. Twin beds, large chest of drawers, wicker chair and wall-mounted flat screen TV.
Bedroom 4. Double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe and wall-mounted flat screen TV.
Bathroom. Newly fitted large walk-in shower, WC, vanity unit and heated towel rail.
Cot and high chair provided.
Dogs are accepted, on the ground floor only.
Heating is provided by underfloor heating on the ground floor and electric wall mounted heaters in the rest of the house.
