Pets: 2 pets allowed. Please advise the Luxury Coastal team directly if you would like us to host your pet after completing your booking. A charge of ÂŁ46 per pet per stay/week will be applicable and required before your stay. We will arrange and invoice with you directly upon booking confirmation.
Security Deposit We ask our guests for a ÂŁ150 security deposit, pre-authorised against your credit card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no damage. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.
A nice property. Querky design which appealed. Welcoming of our dog. Very clean and comfortable. One or two bits missing - hairdryer and bags for laundry. Code for rubbish bin didn't work.
Itâs great that oven and dishwasher have been replaced recently but it would be good to have the new instruction booklets instead of old ones! The WiFi needs a booster so downstairs bedroom gets a signal, this is a real problem.
I was looking forward to my stay with luxury cottages! We had never been to St Ives during two Xmas and after all their CEO and founder Alistair Mullins states â We are obsessed with customer service so are super-responsive, so much so it surprises guests. We don't have a call centre and every call is answered by one of the team in less than five rings or we'll immediately call you back. We're open at the weekends and are on hand 24/7 if there's an emergency.â
This is so far from truth I reported the dishwasher was tripping the electrics on the first day of our visit, it was not fixed before we left but was fixed for the people renting after us for New Year.
On contacting customer Service I did not get an instance response and had to chase. No-0
one seemed bothered by my personal situation just about fixing the dishwasher for the future! And although I was offered a discount off my next booking no-one grapes the fact that I paid for a luxury cottage and did not get one and when moneyâs tight itâs hard. All I was told that it was my prerogative to leave a poor review. So here it is!
