Points faibles : Communication, exactitude de lâannonce
Very poor communication
The office in Turro was not helpful at all. The kitchen flooded twice because of a broken dishwasher. We had to mop up the water and turn off the water, so that it would not flood again. The dishwasher was never fixed and there was no communication about. The internet was down for 2 days and nothing was done. We had to call over and over again, each time we had to explain the situation all over again. When the maintenance men finally came, they wanted to fix the television. When we told them, we needed internet access, they only needed to give us the correct password. It literally took twenty seconds. Nobody in the office had known this password. The property manager was announced several times but never showed up. I think he is a fiction. I would never recommend vrbo to anyone.
