SeaCrest 2 is a stylish top floor two bedroom apartment set over a two levels with spectacular views across Porthmeor. With parking for one car this apartment is a perfect location to explore the cobbled streets of St Ives.

The open plan living area has ample seating including a large swivel chair set in the bay window with views out to the sea. A flat screen TV with BT Vision and DVD player are provided.

The galley style kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and washer/dryer. There is also a cloakroom on this level.

Both bedrooms are located on the top floor. The master bedrooms, The Lookout, has a kingsize bed and wonderful views across Porthmeor beach and Clodgy.

The second bedroom, The Lighthouse, is fitted with a flexible bed which can be made up as either two twin beds or one king size bed. This bedroom also benefits from sea views, this time looking out across the bay towards Gwithian and the Godrevy Lighthouse.
