Stunning 2 bed property in St Ives
With its premium position on the Atlantic Coast, Carbis bay is known for its gentle waters and sandy expanse which is nestled in between verdant cliffsides, making it the perfect location for a long family day at the beach. There is also a network of magnificent, scenic pathways including the South West Coast path, which connect you to the surrounding areas and give you the chance to explore the beauty of the region firsthand.
You will be able to see the calming blue water of the bay within touching distance as you make you way toward the property. With its characterful, Cornish stone exterior you will immediately feel those holiday vibes as soon as you arrive. The is private parking with space for one vehicle to the front of the property which means you don't need to worry about carrying your bags too far. There is also free on-road parking should you be arriving in more than one vehicle.
To the side of the entrance you will notice a secluded stone courtyard which features banquette style seating where you can relax with a morning coffee and make your plans for the day ahead or simply breathe in some fresh sea air.
Upon entering the apartment you are welcomed by a light and spacious, open plan kitchen and living are which is perfect for socialising in an evening in. The living room boasts a fresh, neutral palette with coastal inspired soft furnishings and artwork which bring the room to life. A soft, sumptuous corner sofa and snuggly love seat make for a comfy evening in front of the TV if you're tired out from all those beach activities.
With sleek, shaker-style units, the kitchen comes equipped with everything you could need for the duration of your stay such as an electric cooker, hob, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer. There is also an iron and ironing board for your convenience.
In a cosy, corner nook of the apartment there is a rustic style wooden dining table which comfortably seats four occupants on those evenings where you may decide to cook up a storm, inspired by the local produce you might have picked up on your travels. Alternatively you can enjoy the contents of the welcome hamper you will receive on arrival which offers traditional scones with jam and cream along with essentials such as tea, coffee and milk.
A short hallway to the rear of the apartment leads off to two well appointed bedrooms, perfect for small families or couples looking for a romantic getaway to the coast. The master bedroom offers a comfortable double bed whilst the second bedroom has twin beds which is an ideal configuration for those travelling with young children. Both rooms boast a nautical theme with some extra playful touches in the twin bedroom.
Both bedrooms have access to a spacious main bathroom which features a bathtub with and overhead shower, whilst the master bedroom benefits from its own ensuite which offers a large walk in shower. Both bathrooms boast a clean and fresh look with natural ceramic tiling and sleek white bathroom suite.
