• Both bedrooms feature high-quality, medium-firm memory foam mattresses for a restful night’s sleep.

• Relax in the living room or master bedroom, both equipped with streaming TVs—simply log into your favorite channels, and the TVs will automatically log you out when you leave.

• Well-behaved pets are welcome. Pets must not be left outdoors unattended; please crate pets indoors if you leave. They’re free to roam inside while you’re home.

• Low cleaning fees: The base nightly rate includes up to 2 guests. Each additional guest incurs a $15 per night fee to cover extra cleaning and laundry.

• For your safety, carbon monoxide and smoke detectors are installed.

• This is a quiet space for relaxing stays. Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
