Coqui is a newly renovated cliff side villa perched 50 feet above the brilliant blue waters of Pillsbury Sound overlooking St. Thomas. Named for the sound made by St. John’s softly chirping tree frogs, Coqui combines island charm and modern convenience into one perfect vacation home. Coqui offers every modern convenience including full air conditioning. The three plush bedroom suites are replete with imported Italian tile and richly burnished tropical hardwood, and each looks out on those spectacular vistas.

Located on the southwestern shore of the island, Coqui commands constant breezes with an incomparable 180 degree panoramic view that will take your breath away. Quiet and private, this beautiful home is within easy driving distance of Cruz Bay’s shopping, dining and nightlife options. It’s also only a short drive to the peerless beaches of the North Shore. After a day spent soaking up the sun, you’ll come home to Coqui content, ready to be lulled to sleep by the chirps of the tree frogs.

The home itself is beyond beautiful, with fabulous views of the Caribbean. The pool area was awesome, and gathering areas ideal. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. We absolutely loved this home. We were also greeted by a super sweet host who guided us to the villa and took the time to share lots of insights about the beaches and St John.

Oh my goodness! We feel like the luckiest people in the world to have been able to find this gem! It was so perfect for our family of 6. The owners / management group thought of EVERYTHING! We had some good meals on STJ, but our favorite meal was when we stayed home and made a full BBQ shrimp taco meal and we had every tool and more! The views at sunset were amazing! Night swims were treasured! The morning shade and coffee on the top deck were dreamy! The primary suite upstairs is wonderful with double doors opening to the best view! The downstairs bedrooms are comfortable, but separate from the living space, which worked for our 4 young adults. If you can afford this place, it is such a treasure!

Paradise

This house is absolutely beautiful! There were houses around us, but we couldn't see them through the trees. It was so clean and had everything we needed. It is in a great location-close to everything. I didn't understand that the two downstairs bedrooms are not accessible through the inside of the house. It is set up kind of like a motel-they just have a door to outside. My kids are older, so it was fine. I felt like they were totally safe, but we just felt a little disconnected. The only thing they did in their rooms was sleep, so it wasn't a huge deal. However, if I had younger children, it wouldn't have worked.
