Sea Palms is an ideal escape for any group: conveniently located to town and the idyllic North Shore beaches, yet just far away enough to spend your afternoons quietly overlooking the Caribbean waters. The open layout of this villa keeps everyone involved in the party. No matter if someone is preparing lunch in the well-equipped kitchen, lounging in the living room, or catching a breeze on the covered porch, everybody will be able to be part of the memory making.

If you’re looking for some privacy, retreat to any of the bright, clean guest rooms where you will have plenty of space to relax with your own covered veranda, complete with lounger and table and chairs. Steps away from the outdoor living space, the pool offers shade from large palms, as well as a sun drenched deck for working on your tan.
Each of Sea Palms three bedrooms are also all accessible to the interior of the house which makes it ideal for families!

The price is based on the number of people who occupy the property. Nightly rate is based on a 1-4 occupancy. Each additional guest above 4 is charged a per person per nights fee. Simply put, the house is stunning! The listing pictures just don't do it justice. The house is very spacious and comfortable, and the vaulted ceilings provide an even greater sense of space. It suited our family perfectly - a bedroom for my wife and I on one side of the house, and a bedroom for each of our kids on the other. The en suite baths in each bedroom was the icing on the cake. Besides the beach chars and cooler mentioned in the amenities, Everything we possibly could have needed was supplied -

Truly exception

This property is spectacular. The location is ideal for exploring the island. It is my favorite location on the island. The views from this house are stunning from all of the rooms. The three large bedrooms were very comfortable for our family. We thoroughly enjoy the porch, the views, and the pool.So often when booking a vacation rental, the description seems inflated. Not here. The property is even more fantastic than you can imagine from the pictures.The host was very welcoming. We booked through VRBO, but in the future, I would feel very comfortable booking through the real estate agent.

Beautiful home with excellent sunset view. Quiet, close location to Cruz Bay. Bedrooms were spacious. Kitchen well stocked with cooking tools. Look forward to staying again in the future.

Perfect house and beautiful views

We loved the house. All bedrooms have their own bathrooms so plenty of privacy. Beautiful views of the Caribbean from all rooms in the house. The house was clean, comfortable and well stocked. The host provides bags with rolled up beach towels inside all ready to go. There are collapsible beach chairs ready go outside the front door near the driveway. The pool was lovely. The hosts were helpful and available. It was a great stay.

Beautiful house on top of the hill. Would definatley stay here again but it is not walkable to town. You have to drive. It is very steep and not safe to walk. Not to metion it is a very long walk

We had a fantastic time. It was super easy to get off the ferry, pick up a rental car and meet the property manager at the house. The island is so much fun, you have to have an adventurous spirit to maximize the time there but it’s so pretty. The house was great, super communication from the owners before we arrived

Great Vacation

JP was great for checkin and the home was better than advertised. With the power issues on the island we were unsure of our visit but the home actually has solar and Tesla powerwall battery backup which is a great peace of mind traveling with children. We will definitely come back!

Fun for Six!

We had 3 couples and the 3 bedrooms with private bathrooms worked out perfectly. The view from the back porch, deck and pool was magnificent. The property is reasonably close to shops and restaurants, yet very private. The kitchen had everything we needed and we usually had breakfast on the porch overlooking the ocean before heading to one of the beaches. It was a very enjoyable stay for our group of six!

Amazing vacation with adult children

Sea Palms was a perfect home for our family vacation on St John! The sunset views were amazing, the house was spacious both inside and outside. The communication between the home owners and management staff were great! Be aware the bugs come out after dusk everywhere on the island- bring bug spray! We highly recommend this villa! We will be back!

Great location and views!

We rented this location last minute for a birthday celebration and were so glad we did! The views from the deck/private pool were amazing to wake up to and see the sunset in the evenings. The pool was warm and great to have after spending the day at the beaches. Having the provided beach chairs, towels, and coolers made our trip even easier for the day out exploring the island and beaches. JP was great showing us around the property and recommending beaches/places across the island which was super helpful! Overall I would not hesitate to book this location again on my next visit.

Sea Views out Every Window!

We really loved staying at Sea Palms. It was perfect for three couples, because you each have your own private bedroom and bathroom, but there is a large communal space if you want to hang out together. The pool was warm and refreshing after a day on the beach. The views are incredible. We also appreciated the beach chairs, cooler, beach bags and towels that are included. Sea Palms is a quick drive into town. We would definitely love to stay here again if we come back to Saint John.
