At the center of everything, this fully furnished 3 bedrooms, 2 bathroom house is adjacent to the Delta Hotel and just steps from Mile One Centre, St. John’s Convention Centre, St. Claire’s Hospital, local shops, restaurants, pubs, and tourist attractions.

Check in was easy. Property is in walking distance of downtown. The route is quite steep walking back from downtown. The host was very quick to respond to us both before and after arrival. The beds are a double size, not queen size so a bit tight for friends sharing. Our stay was very enjoyable.

It was nice and clean, good location a walkable distance to downtown, nice to have a parking spot and small deck to sit on. Good communication from hosts. Only downsides were quite a bit of street noise, beds/pillows weren’t super comfortable and common spaces didn’t have enough furniture for more than 3 adults to sit comfortably together to visit.

Ideally located for walking to George and Water Streets, we had a fantastic stay at this lovely house. With lots of space, all the household items we possibly needed and nicely appointed rooms, we loved our time there. Our hosts were super helpful and responded immediately to all communications. The only drawback was that the house was super hot, especially at night, as there happened to be an unprecedented heatwave during our visit. No fault of the owners or property of course!

A Wonderful stay! Everything as listed! Great place to relax on the patio with morning coffee and hang clothes on the line! Wish we had more time here! Convenient location

We enjoyed Canada Day events just a short walk away. Drove south to Bay Bulls to see whales and puffins up close on O’Briens tour . There are many fantastic restaurants for fish and chips with live music. Great views of the city from Signal Hill.

Prime location!!

We absolutely loved this accommodation for many reasons but, most of all, the location! We were able to walk everywhere we felt we needed and generally felt safe despite many people living or visiting in the area. Great communication with the manager/owner (not sure who is what to the property). Would 100% stay here again! Rent it! You won’t be sorry you did! Cheers

Large home great for groups

This downtown home is 2 blocks from Newman wine vaults and a 10 min walk to historic downtown attractions and restaurants. The home is clean and spacious and was perfect for our adult family of 7. We enjoyed the deck in the evenings and parking for 2 vehicles was perfect. (One off street space and 1 permit for street parking). There are fans in the bedrooms for hot days. The kitchen was well equipped and the hosts were wonderful, leaving us snacks and bottled waters. 2 bathrooms are handy for a big group. Host communication was excellent!

Great location, quiet and very comfy. Lots of dressers & closets in each bedroom. We loved the main floor sitting room! Kitchen was very well supplied with pots/pans, dishes, etc etc. Extremely clean. Parking enough for 2 small vehicles. Easy access, keyless entry was great. Highly recommended!!
