In need of maintenance
This property is in great need of repairs and maintenance. The kitchen floor tiles are cracked and some lifted and sharp. Upstairs windows have no screens and one doesn’t even open. Extremely hot, only one fan provided. Deck and chairs were dirty and bbq is not usable. Good location
