The room was very clean and comfortable. We appreciated the double sinks, that were separated, so one of us could get ready outside the bathroom, while the other showered in the bathroom. The hotel was quiet. It wasn’t a fancy hotel but it fit our needs, and we would gladly stay again.

Hotel staff was great and the hotel was very nice. Great breakfast. Only reason it got 4 stars was the system wasn’t working well for check in. This resulted in taking about 20-30 mins of standing there while they tried to get the system to work. It never did.

Because I booked with hotels.com, I was told I had to stay in annex building and was not eligible to stay in main hotel, qualify for upgrades and not given anything for being vip hotels.com. I have been staying at this hotel for 15 years and never been treated this way. I was told i had to contact hotels.com to get it changed but after trying for greater than 30 minutes could not contact anyone and accepted for the second trip in a row (thanksgiving too). Will never use hotels.com to book this hotel i have been coming to for 15 years without trouble nor will I book at this hotel again
