This unique luxury designer triplex penthouse in St. Julian’s Malta is located in a secure residential building. This fully furnished Maltese accommodation offers a central, safe and family-friendly place to stay on the island. The penthouse is incredibly spacious thanks to its well thought-out design with separate bedrooms, three fully equipped bathrooms, mini-office and spacious gathering areas. Last but not least are the breathtaking views which you shall never forget.
The penthouse is fully air-conditioned, and contains 2 bedrooms, one of which features an ensuite bathroom with bede mechanism on toilet, a hydro-massage, steam & chromo-therapy shower cubicle. Apart from the internal 110sqm, there are two medium sized terraces, one overlooking the sea and another at the very back, and also a full private roof terrace containing sun-beds, dining table and chairs, and a top of the range BBQ with sink. The living area contains a sofa with two separate electric recliners facing a 55” flat screen smart TV. The penthouse features a fully equipped kitchen with a hob and oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, oven, teakettle, COFFEE MACHINE and a breakfast table accessible from both the inside of the kitchen and the outdoor terrace.
Full sets of cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots and pans and other utensils. The private terrace overlooking the lovely sea-views contains a medium dining table and four chairs and two armchairs and coffee table to watch the world go by. The bathrooms include bede mechanisms on toilets and hydro-massage, steam & chromo-therapy shower cubicle. An automatic washing machine is in the top bathroom with easy access to the rear private terrace for privacy when hanging out your clothes.
The private bedrooms are distanced apart, optimal for guests’ privacy when in full occupancy. The spare bedroom in the middle of the penthouse features AC, two single beds with underlying storage space, bedside table, wall to wall large wardrobe, dressing table, small internal balcony and a 32” flat screen smart TV.
All bedding, sheets and pillows are provided and you will find the beds neatly made on arrival. Bath towels are provided; however please think about bringing separate towel/s for the beach, or purchasing one on arrival. Under floor-heating throughout the property will ensure you will never feel cold in this penthouse the winter months, and the security front door can put your mind at rest!!!.
There are two guest bathrooms, one on the lower floor and the other on the top floor containing bede mechanisms on toilet and hydro-massage, steam & chromo-therapy shower cubicle.
There is also a clothes washing machine with a nearby terrace to hang out your laundry at your convenience, which will allow you to pack light and save room for all of your Maltese souvenirs. An iron and board are provided and last but not least a powerful hairdryer is there for you ladies, so there is need to pack one :)
