Old but well located
This is an old building. There is a steep entry staircase, then another one going to the second floor. The whole inside while being clean looks old and dingy. The furniture is rough but serviceable. There is no TV in the living room. There is one in a first floor bedroom and one in an upstairs bedroom, but we didn't try it to see if it worked. The TV they advertised with a gaming system wasn't able to be played because there was no power cord for the game system. All the beds are made with only sheets. There is a bedspread folded up on the bed to use for cover. The towels are on the beds with ONE wash cloth each. None in the bathroom. There was no shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom as advertised. There is one full bath downstairs and a half bath upstairs. The tub was dingy enough we didn't want a bath, but showered. In the kitchen the coffee pot had a dried out filter and grounds left in the maker! There was an adequate number of plates and bowls but only 2 coffee cups. There was also only 2 forks!
The beds slept good and the neighborhood was quiet. The place was adequate for the price but wanted you to be aware of accommodations.
