The only good thing i can say about it... the room and inside hotel was clean. The room was cold and stayed cold no matter how high you put the temp. Shower was very inadequate. Couldn't check in till 4pm and we ended up just leaving at midnight to head home. Also sounded like someone was bowling over head. Would not go back. Definitely think we should get our money back.

Casino is right there. The arch is right there. Room was clean. Bed was nice. Small TV. Refrigerator in the room. The price was good. I would stay again. If you are looking for fancy this is not the place. If your looking for fun it is the place.

The staff at front desk when i checked in was great. She had me booked in a few minutes. The room was clean the only problem that i have is the elevator still bothers me there is always one broke down every month. Im always afraid that im going to get stuck in the operational one can you get these repaired please. Also need a good restaurant at the hotel or something because the restaurants at the casino arent any good.

Renovations on the property are impacting the wiring for things so maintenance has to be called to help but then doesn’t arrive. The front desk worker at night was very helpful with accommodating my frustrations and got me to a room where everything worked. The vents for the AC units were very dirty too and looked like cleaning isn’t a top priority for them.

This hotel has been in need of renovations for the last 10 years. I’m not sure who owns it but they should go tour the rooms for themselves. I’d be embarrassed if I were a business man to say I owed it. I will start by saying the staff is always super friendly! And housekeeping does what they can with what they have. We have stayed here prolly 20 times or more and have never gotten a room without stains on the carpet And when I say stains I mean even if cleaned they aren’t coming up. This time my the bed sheets are so old they had a huge rip on them, housekeeping did what they could and at least put it at the foot of the bed. But come on!!! Cooperate can’t even supply new sheets?! If the carpets are stained so bad you think a murder might have taken place amd the sheets are so old they are ripping…what about the mattresses? Bed bugs? Some will say why do you keep returning? We do so because of the location to St. Louis and the casino on site! We love supporting St. Louis and Casino queen, Just really really wish some updates would be done before it’s to late and y’all decide to close because lack of business.
