Air conditioner/heater was extremely noisy, too noisy to sleep, had to shut it off. No other rooms available, no maintenance available.

This was the second time we stayed at this hotel. It was clean, pretty quiet, close to restaurants and shopping, and the staff was great. We will very likely stay there again.

The front desk agent that checked us in was very rude. She was unhelpful and when we asked her to switch us to a first floor room because my husband struggles with walking she refused. We did book an accessible room and she stated nothing was available. Additionally- the AC was loud and we wanted something quieter and she said that all the ACs were loud. We asked for a refund so we could find other accommodations and she said “that’s a you problem” I was appalled and flabbergasted. Will never stay there again. Will never recommend. Will be contacting corporate.

Lots of stains on carpet, cracks in ceramic sink, caulk needs redoing around tub, showerhead is clogged, bathtub feels gritty and lumpy. Bizarre. It was hot and steamy in the room when we opened the door. AC is trying to work but pretty noisy. Hotel advertises as "pet friendly," but I had to pay an additional charge at the hotel - that's a new one.
