Minimal for high cost.

Bring your own pillows. There were 4 pillows and they were sized comparable to decorative throw pillows for your couch. We had to go to Walmart next door to buy some pillows. The wall has paint bubbling all the way down on one side. The remote for the tv wasn’t programmed right so we went and bought a Roku but the wifi could barely keep our phones happy and had to take it off. These issues were brought up to the front desk. Apparently the owner is very minimumal from what we were told, but for spending $620 for 3 nights, the owner’s guests shouldn’t be treated minimumal.

I had a reservation for 2 rooms. However… when we arrived we were told our reservation had been canceled. I had confirmation numbers for both rooms, and received no communication about a cancellation. The manager wouldn’t speak to me, but rather made the front desk clerk do her “dirty work.” I was told our reservation had been canceled this morning due to my payment method declining authorization, yet no transaction had ever been attempted. My son’s family experienced the same exact situation today with them. Canceled room, no communication, same explanation about the payment method. We thought we would just go ahead and get a room since we were there and had traveled from the east coast, but (believe it or not) there were no rooms available. They had overbooked. I will never attempt to stay here again, and I will be contacting LaQuinta corporate to explain my experience.

Family trip

Overall our stay was great. Kiddo has spilled a drink on the bed and we asked for bedding to be changed while we were gone for the day so that house keeping would not be rushed with turn around,and it was just the top sheets that were changed not the fitted or the one underneath the fitted. Also the jets in the hot tub didn’t work so it was as though you were just sitting in a bath. Otherwise no complaints. Would stay again if in the area.
