Our two-story, newly furnished townhome is the perfect stay for small and large groups looking for a hassle-free trip to St. Louis. Featuring 3 bedrooms, 5 Queen beds, two full bathrooms and private parking. We are confident that your stay with us will be the best in St. Louis. Its central location and close vicinity to public transportation make getting to all of St. Louis hassle free. Located in the Grove, one of the fastest growing and most lively areas of St. Louis.

The Space:
Our townhome is exclusively for Airbnb guests like yourself, so we make sure to provide all the amenities that you will need for your stay, including PRIVATE PARKING. We pride ourselves on making your group's stay as easy and enjoyable as possible.

We are located just steps from Manchester street which includes TONS of restaurants and bars all within a 10 minute walk from the property to include Urban Chestnut brewery, Atomic Cowboy, the Ready Room and so many more!

3-Day Weekend Stay
Convenient and safe location. The place is clean. Host is responsive. Check-in instructions was not sent one hour before check-in time as promised. Had to contact the host. Door lock was hard to open. Noisy stairs leading up to the bedrooms. Squeaky beds.

Overall good, not great
Pros: central to most attractions, fairly easy check in process, plentiful parking (usually) Cons: dirtier than youd expect not terribly but enough that it atleast caught our attention, noisy neighbors above us, door wouldnt latch unless the deadbolt was closed, most uncomfortable beds ive ever laid on

Pictures were not reality
This could be a very nice place, with some work. The location was great, but we were disappointed to see that the pictures did not match the actual listing. Pictures show one thing, but the reality was much different. The couch was stained and the carpets felt dirty. We did appreciate that the sheets had been changed and the dishwasher had been run. Beyond that, there were candy wrappers, plastic bags, and dirt all over the floors. The beds were some of the worst beds we’ve ever slept on. Every single mattress was uncomfortable and squeaked extremely loud every single time you moved. The kitchen was seriously lacking the tools needed to cook. There was only one large pot and a couple of skillets. There were no hand towels, nothing to clean the counters, no cutting board, no can opener, no salt or pepper, etc. You should check your oven because it could be a carbon monoxide hazard. And, you need to check your smoke detector batteries. They were beeping when we got there.
