Great location. Dwelling and neighborhood has quite a historic feel. Far out, offbeat bar right next door. Fine restaurant with indoor/outdoor seating a block away. Easy drives to places of interest. A few minor inconveniences, but quickly addressed by the management.

Great location

Really enjoyed the location. It was super close to all downtown attractions and the neighborhood felt safe to walk around. We walked the blocks to look at historic homes and down to Benton park. Great for some spring photos. The house is older and has two rather large flights of wooden stairs. Wasn’t a problem for us but it can be loud with kids. Entry into house was super easy and the host sent text messages making sure we didn’t need anything. There was nothing we needed so didn’t ever reach out for help. House was clean other than maybe the ceiling fan. I would definitely stay here again.
