The room next door was up with the tv on until 4am! we could hear them talking and laughing. So noisy! Also, the place is so old and needs a lot of work.

It was cheap. Carpet was disgusting with stains...sheet rock in ceiling was falling down. Appliances..microwave and cooktop had to be 30 plus years...browncooktop...seriously
