From the private dock there is easy access by boat to CUMBERLAND Island beaches and the Atlantic Ocean. You can also kayak or fish right from the dock. Amazing Sunsets! Catch your dinner from the private dock. You can bring your own boat (public boat ramp is real close). Fenced back yard. Large deck over a screen porch. Additional bedrooms upstairs. TV in each bedroom except kids room. Unfinished basement/garage. Local excursions may include visiting: Cumberland Island by ferry, Historic Saint Marys (shops and water front), seafood restaurants, Amelia Island beach (20 miles) Okefenokee Swamp (20 miles), Jekyll Island (30 miles) and MORE!
