Sehr nettes Appartement, sehr geeignet für Hundebesitzer. Betten hätten härter von den Matratzen sein können. Aber Ideal für Hundebesitzer! Sehr ruhige Lage, gute Versorgung fußläufig und der Deich/Strand auch in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Gerne wieder

Wir kommen wieder :-)
Wir waren bereits das 2.Mal in der gleichen Fewo. Alles iO. Auf meine Anregungen vom letzten Jahr wurde reagiert und nach gebessert. Allerdings muss wirklich noch eine Schippe bei der Sauberkeit drauf gelegt werden. Couch und Matratzen im großen Bett könnten auch eine Erneuerung brauchen(leicht durch gesessen/gelegen). Danke für den Aufenthalt.

Wir kommen wieder...
SPO ist wunderschön und das Ferienhaus liegt perfekt hinter dem Deich. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war 1a! Bei der Sauberkeit sollte unbedingt nachgebessert werden. Küche ist ok-ein paar Dinge würden noch helfen um auch mal kleineres Essen zuzubereiten (Abtropfsieb und Messbecher zb). Des Weiteren wären noch ein paar mehr Gartenmöbel (zb Liegestuhl oä.) schön gewesen. Zumindest waren Gartentisch und Stühle vorhanden.Und für die Kids hätte man sich noch was gewünscht für den Garten.Einrichtung der EG Wohnung wirkt etwas zusammen gewürfelt.Aber Alles in Allem war Preis/Leistung top!

Ruhig und strandnah
Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer Sackgasse. Angenehm ruhig. Bis zum Deich sind es 5 Minuten. Dahinter der breite Strand. Auf dem Weg zum Deich gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt und einen Bäcker und man kommt an der Bushaltestelle die Oerding mit den übrigen Stadtteilen verbindet vorbei. Bus fährt 1x die Stunde und ist mit der Kurkarte umsonst. Gemeinschsftsgarten war für uns o.k. Da wir meist die einzigen waren die draußen sa. Jeder hat aber seine eigen Möbel und Bereich. Die Wohnung selbst war von der Größe für 3 Personen o.k. Küche mit Esstisch etwas eng. Es gab eine kleine Spülmaschiene. Für 3 Personen vollkommend ausreichend. Ein paar Kaffeelöffel mehr wären schön gewesen. Geschirr, Gläser usw. war für uns ausreichend da. Bad und Küche waren grundsätzlich sauber, aber die Putzfee neigt zu runden Ecken.

Im Badezimmer gab es während des Aufenthaltes nur kaltes Wasser. Es waren keine Kontaktdaten für Notfälle angegeben und die extra bezahlten Gästekarten waren nicht vorhanden.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in super Lage
Wir sind mit 2 Mamas und 2 Kids für eine Woche in SPO gewesen. Die Wohnung war hierfür perfekt, gute räumlich Aufteilung, Garten vor der Tür und der Strand in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wir würden wiederkommen☺️
