It was fine. Room had no air conditioning / heat control, so needed to keep the balcony door open to stay cool. No water in the room. Staff were excellent - very friendly and helpful.

We loved everything about this hotel. The staff were very helpful, the breakfast and dinner were great and the pool, gardens, room and bar were all in very good condition. There is hotel bus into town and also a public bus stop almost outside.

Beautiful property and staff. Everywhere in the hotel is so well looked after, decorated and furnished. Plenty of areas to just sit and enjoy a drink, the atmosphere and views of the garden. The staff were so friendly, caring and helpful and genuine - you never felt they were doing things just because it was their job to do so. It was a real pleasure to stay and I would highly recommend it

A really nice hotel, hotel restaurant staff were very friendly and welcoming - especially as I was travelling alone (e.g. giving me choice of tables in the restaurant). The indoor pool is really good and the hotel is a walk/short cycle from St Peter Port centre
