Short drive or bike ride to the beach or downtown Dunedin, this comfy and private bungalow have everything you need to relax while enjoying beautiful and sunny Florida. It features 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with sofa bed, a front porch and a large fenced backyard.
Please notify us if you are bringing a pet. Dogs only. Pet fees are $200 for 1st pet , $100 for 2nd pet.

The house is strategically located between downtown Clearwater with the interesting Cleveland Street District, Clearwater beach, downtown Dunedin home to many restaurants and breweries, Pinellas trail and Honeymoon Island park and beach. This make it the perfect place to rest after a day enjoying the sun and beaches along with local shops, farmers market, restaurants, breweries, parks, golfing, fishing, festival, live performances, sporting events…

The house is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your visit to Clearwater & surroundings. The amenities include: Wi-Fi, Smart TV in the bedroom and the living room, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, toaster, coffee maker, coffee, tea, microwave, oven range, washer, dryer, books, games etc…

Perfect for solo, couple or friends & family, up to 6 people.
A crib/ travel cot/ pack n’ play is available on request at no additional cost.

The Pinellas trail is 0.4 miles & Edgewater Park is 0.7 miles away. Beaches are 10-15 minutes away. Recreation center, libraries, marinas, boat tour…are some of the few things to do. We recommend that you take a look at the tourism information flyers left at the house, so you can enjoy everything that this amazing area has to offer. For those who wonder, the rooster is no longer our neighbor. Cleaning service is available at an additional cost. Ask for details.

Just outside Dunedin
This quaint bungalow is about a mile+ from downtown Dunedin. We came to experience Dunedin and this little place made it easy to venture in and out of Dunedin and Safety Harbor. It’s just past 15 minutes to Safety Harbor. It is located on a main road, Douglas Avenue, so you do hear cars passing by. There is a rooster, but the sounds actually didn’t bother us. The neighborhood is not impressive, but the location fit the bill. The owner gets 5 stars because she was very accommodating and checked in throughout our stay to make sure we were happy.

We had a wonderful experience at this property! Martine was very responsive and accommodating. She was a delight to work with. The house was very clean with plenty of towels and fresh linen. The only thing that was not so great were the roosters next door. When Martine reached out and asked how everything was going I let her know about this. She apologized and informed there were earplugs on the nightstands in the bedrooms. Sure enough, there they were! She was prepared for everything. Would highly recommend staying at this property!

Lovely cottage
This cottage was cute and clean and close to all of the beaches and downtown. We didn’t spend much time in the house because we were mostly out on the beach, but the beds were really comfy! The rooster next door always made sure we were up for sunrise, which was great for us, but maybe not so great if you like to sleep in.
