Vacation Beach Condo 2/2 with heated swimming pool on the Beach with tiki huts , lounge chairs & barbeque grills & directly across the street from the famous John's Pass in Madeira Beach Florida that offers fishing, boating, water sports, shopping, restaurants, clubs,.sports bar .... In 2020 condo updated with new coastal plank Porcelain tile throughout, new stainless steel kitchen appliances, new Grey Sectional sofa and floor lamps, new vanities and mirrors in both bathrooms, New king bed & quilt and entire condo painted light grey color. New Air cond May 2021

No Pets or no Smoking. Sandy Shores is a non smoking building. Check in 2 pm. Check out 10 am. Free Parking, Wireless Internet & cable.

Your home away from home except you are on the beach. It has everything you need: fully equipped kitchen, 3 flat screen tvs, wireless internet, blue ray dvds, beach chairs & umbrella, towels & beach accessories/toys so you do have to bring all that with you. Also books, puzzles, games, cards. Make your family vacation memories here.

New updates 2020 : New king bed, installed Coastal wood porcelain tile throughout the condo, all new Stainless Steel Kitchen appliances, New Vanities and mirrors in both bathrooms that have tub/shower combo, New Sectional Sofa in Living room, and painted new coastal colors throughout condo.

To maintain the beauty of Sandy Shores, June 2019 we just finished a 1.5 million dollar renovation on the outside of the building and the pool/barbeque area.

Prefer if you would please book Sat-Sat as most guests book then because of their vacation work schedule. Otherwise you are breaking up 2 weeks and the balance of the 2 weeks is difficult to book. Thank you so much for understanding.

Great Location

I was a stranded traveler due to another owner canceling on me 2 hours before check in. Crystal was amazing! She held on the phone with me while VRBO sat up a same day check in. Knowing I was stressed and had been sitting on the road for hours, she even told us to help ourselves to the beer and wine that was there. The property is quite comfortable and on the beach. The king bed was excellent and this property had one of the best stocked kitchens I have ever encountered. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing

My family and I had the most amazing time staying at sandy shores in Crystals place. The location couldn't have been any more perfect- right on the beach and right across the street to all the food and shops your heart desires. The condo was more than sufficiently stocked with everything you could need, including all beach accessories and a ton of travel sized hygiene products. Being on the first floor also was fantastic as we had quick and easy access to downstairs. We will definitely be back!

Love the Sandy Shores condo property, but our unit was disappointing. Floors were very dirty... needed mopping. Unit was outdated and furnishings were worn.

Everything about this place was perfect! Location- across the street from John's Pass, pool right there & beach on the other side! The condo was perfect & Chrystal has everything there you'd want or need- beach towels, chairs, umbrella, toys, boogie boards, cooler! She worked with us when our flights got changed & was so easy to communicate with! We will definitely be back!

Family vacation

We stayed for the first time at this condo. The condo was very nice, clean, filled with everything you need. The location is literally across from John's Pass, which makes it a prime local, the pool is fantastic, the beach is wonderful, and I loved everything about this place. I will definitely be rebooking here next time we stay.

Well Deserved Vaca

This property is well located across the street from John's Pass Village. You dont have to drive there, just walk under the bridge! The condo is very clean except for the folded up blanket in the master closet. It was unknowingly filled with beach sand. I had just showered, applied lotion, and covered myself with the blanket and was turned into a sugar cookie! Two comfortable double beds in one bedroom and king in the 2nd BR. The kitchen is fully stocked with the exception of paper towels - none, and one dish towel, dish rag for the week. I registered 4 adults but only me and my sister slept there. One set of towels per person per week so pack your own. It is wonderful to have a fully stocked kitchen. No ice maker, so buy a bag. There is no smoking on this property but I found smoked cigarette butts in the bottom of the kitchen waste bucket - outside of the plastic bag. I cleaned it and lysol sprayed the stinky pantry. I loved the condo. The pool water was HOT! I pool hopped all of these pools while in junior high and high school in the summer and the pools were cool and refreshing. I guess hotter summers affected the pool temps. The shower is delightfully cool. We will definitely book again. The owner is very easy to work with. One suggestion, elevator code, press digits THEN press the UP button. You won't have to call owner for instructions.

We had a great time walking the beach each morning, and swimming after lunch.

The property was good. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals, which we did because of the Corona Virus. Our only complaint was the floor; it was so dirty that we had to wash our feet every night before going to bed.

Best location and pool area on Madeira Beach

The two best things about this property are it’s location, on the beach and directly across the street from John’s Pass, and its pool area, which is beautiful, capacious and has nice areas in the shade to eat. Plus clean, commercial grills.
