Our Beachside Luxury Home is a stunning vacation home with 3000 sq ft that features high end furnishings, granite countertops, beach views and so much more!

This amazing and spacious rental offers 4 bedrooms that have been beautifully decorated and 3.5 bathrooms accommodating 12 guests total.

This home is built to the highest expectations you would desire for a luxury home rental. The furnishings are comfortable and luxurious. This is the perfect rental home to sit back and relax after a long day at the beach. For those needing privacy, there is an isolated bedroom that has two Queen beds and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower – all located on the first floor. This ground level bedroom has access to the private pool.

First floor offers a two car garage, a laundry room with a full sized washer & dryer.

Second level features an open concept living, dining and modern kitchen area.

The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, custom cabinets and granite counter tops. The island seats 4 guests which is perfect for children to linger and enjoy snacks before moving on to their next adventure. The peninsula seats an additional 2 guests. The kitchen is open to the dining and living area.

The formal dining area has seating for 8. We have a marvelous family living area with room for all your guests to enjoy. The comfy living room offers a great spot to sit back and relax with a large Flat Screen TV and access to the large balcony.

A half bath is also located on the second floor.

The light and glamorous open floor plan is stylish and comfortable.

This wonderful beach house has large balconies on the second and third floor that provide you with wonderful beach views while at the same time letting you capture the coastal breezes.

The third level offers the remaining bedrooms. The Primary suite with a King bed and an en-suite bathroom with double vanity sinks, a separate walk-in shower and a separate tub. The Primary bedroom has access to a private balcony where you can enjoy beach views. It simply does not get any better than this!

The third bedroom has 2 Twin beds with a large TV and a Playstation for the kids to enjoy. The fourth bedroom has a Queen bed. These two bedrooms share a hallway bathroom that has a shower/tub combination.

The private splash pool is located on the first level along with a nice outdoor table set and a bbq grill. Enjoy the Florida lifestyle around the pool which has privacy from all neighbors. Once you spend your holiday here you may never want to return home. Size of plunge pool: Length is 16ft - width is 6ft and approx 4 1/2 deep.

Details to keep in mind:
Please keep in mind that the Homeowner Association allows 2 vehicles to be parked inside the garage only. Large SUVs will not completely fit inside the garage (garage door will not close) but you can still park them there.

*Pool heat is an extra cost of $35 per day + taxes - up to 85 degrees from Nov To Apr.

Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).

AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.
