Welcome to Beachside Luxury Home, a beautifully furnished 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom vacation rental in a quiet gated beachfront community near Clearwater Beach.



With approximately 3,000 square feet across three levels, high-end finishes, a private plunge pool and beach views from multiple balconies, this spacious retreat is an excellent choice for family vacations and group beach getaways.



The home is located just one house away from the beach, allowing guests to enjoy easy access to the sand while returning to the privacy and comfort of a luxury home.



Open Living, Dining and Modern Kitchen



The second floor is the heart of the home, featuring a stylish open-concept kitchen, dining area and family living room.



The fully stocked kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, granite countertops, an island with seating for four and a peninsula with seating for two more.



The formal dining area seats up to eight guests. Nearby, the bright living room provides plenty of comfortable seating, a large flat-screen TV and access to a spacious beach-view balcony.



A convenient half bathroom is also located on this level.

The home offers four comfortable bedrooms across the first and third levels:



First floor



Bedroom one: Two queen-size beds, private bathroom with walk-in shower and direct access to the private pool



Third floor



Primary suite: King-size bed, private beach-view balcony and ensuite bathroom with double vanities, separate walk-in shower and separate tub

Third bedroom: Two twin beds, large TV and PlayStation

Fourth bedroom: Queen-size bed

Hallway bathroom: Tub and shower combination, shared by bedrooms three and four



All bedrooms are beautifully furnished for a comfortable, relaxing stay.



Private Plunge Pool and Outdoor Dining



The private outdoor area on the first level includes a splash-style plunge pool, outdoor dining set and BBQ grill. The fenced setting offers privacy from neighboring homes, creating a great place to relax after the beach.



The plunge pool measures approximately 16 feet long by 6 feet wide and is approximately 4.5 feet deep.



Optional pool heat is available during cooler months.



Beach-View Balconies in a Gated Community



Large balconies on the second and third floors offer lovely beach views and coastal breezes. Start the day outside with coffee, relax after a beach day or enjoy the peaceful setting from your private outdoor spaces.



Located within a gated beachfront community, Beachside Luxury Home offers both convenience and a quieter atmosphere near the coast.

Important Details Before Booking



- Accommodates up to 12 guests

- Four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms

- Private plunge pool

- Pool heat is available from November through April for $35 per day plus taxes, heated up to 85°F

- Parking is limited to two vehicles inside the garage

- Larger SUVs may not fit completely inside the garage, which may prevent the garage door from fully closing

- Vacationing students, spring breakers and groups of single guests under age 25 are not permitted

- The majority of the group must be over age 25 unless the reservation is for a family

Wow! Beautiful Beach Home!

The House was huge and beautiful! Private pool was much loved by the kids! Steps to the beach (literally) and close enough to not have to worry about runs to the bathroom and to the kitchen/garage to replenish the cooler! This area of IRB is nice and quiet relative to Clearwater and Madeira Beach. Would definitely rebook with this property again!

Relaxing Holiday

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home is beautiful and steps away from the beach. We like to cook on vacation probably more than most and truly appreciated the well-stocked spacious kitchen and dining area. Our party of 9 could sit together for our dinners. Bedding/Beds were comfortable and lots of room to spread out. Joanie, checked us in and even made sure that our TVs were working and helped us with the remotes. She was very welcoming and would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing beach vacation with the family

The home is a very nice property to stay at. I would stay again.Cons: - can’t park more then 2 cars ( HOA Will force you to move a car away )- if you wish for heated pool you have to prepay and it’s not a per day / use kind of thing.- avoid large vehicles / trucks it’s a slightly narrow street.- only master bedroom has beach view / able to hear wavesPRO: - the beach is but 20ft away from the home.- decent view from master bedroomThere is a French cafe near by please go there!!! Best breakfast I have had in a while.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were there to celebrate 3 couples 50 wedding anniversaries. We really had a wonderful time!!! The place was amazing. Such beautiful deck views of the gulf and such spacious bedrooms and bathrooms not to mention the private pool. We all had a terrific time!!! We are all thinking of returning next year
