Beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath condo, first floor no stairs to climb. Has a washer and dryer inside the unit. Lovely screen in porch to sit out in the evenings. Has a gym to work out, has a pool. Outdoor shower to wash the sand off coming back from the beach. Catch a bus to go to Clearwater right in front of complex. Lots to do and see.

The initial communication between Vrbo, host, and I was scary. I didn’t get the unit number, location or code to enter until the day I was scheduled to enter the unit. I thought it was a scam. Vrbo had my money since April 2023, and did not pay the host until four days after I moved in a very unpleasant situation.
