This 2-bedroom, 2 bath top floor condo at The Caprice has stunning views for miles! South corner condo in a prime location on St. Pete Beach near all restaurants, shopping and activities that the beach always has to offer! Traditional décor and comfortable furnishings, updated and fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer onsite for use, private balcony that faces the Gulf of Mexico to watch all of our famous sunsets
.All of this sitting on miles of white beach to explore!! PLEASE NOTE: This is a non smoking property except in designated areas on grounds.

The condo is a great location, with views directly on to the beach. It’s walking distance to a number of bars and restaurants. The furnishings are adequate. The bathrooms are somewhat dated and could do with an upgrade but it was clean.

Location is fantastic!!! Close to restaurants and right on the beach however the unit is really dated. The bathrooms are from the 80s, the showerhead barely trickles out. The bed pillows are in need of updating, master closet door is broken and the couch is dirty. For the money there are definitely better units available in the building.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

This rental was perfect for our needs for a short weekend getaway. The beach was beautiful with clear waters, soft sand and a gentle breeze. Not overly crowded like many Florida beaches and a short walking distance to many restaurants and shops.

Just what we needed for being at the beach!

The property had a lot of beach supplies/toys, which was great for us since we have two kids and were flying in for the week. There's floaties, boogie boards, sand toys, beach chairs, and coolers that we used every day at the pool and beach. It was great!
