Construction and balcony work are scheduled to begin on August 4th and are estimated to continue for the next 10-12 weeks, though this is an estimate and is subject to change. The pool and beach access will remain open as long as possible. This notice will be updated if/when they need to close. By booking this property, you understand that you can expect to hear noise from ongoing work during normal business hours. A discount has been applied to the nightly rate for this inconvenience. Casa De Playa #207 is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo that sits on the beautiful Indian Rocks Beach and accommodates 5 guests. Location! Location! Take the elevator to the second floor and when you enter you have an amazing view of the beach. Take your favorite beverage out to the balcony and catch every sunrise and sunset while you discuss your plans for the day or reminisce on your day's adventures! This vacation condo is well furnished with everything so you can decide to stay in and make dinner and have a movie night or with a short walk you can enjoy many of the local beach restaurants and shops. We hope you choose to make Casa De Playa your vacation destination year after year!

**Attention: September 10th, 2025, Pinellas County began an important beach nourishment project. The project is scheduled out per each City and they have listed open and closed beach access points while they work on the project. Their projected dates are as follows:
Indian Rocks Beach: October – December 2025

Please understand that this schedule is out of our control and that noise can be expected while work is ongoing. We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this causes, and we appreciate your understanding as the county helps to improve our beaches after the 2024 hurricanes.**

Kitchen: Ice/water stainless refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster oven, crockpot, knife block, coffee maker, blender, teapot, and 2-slice toaster. Basic dishes and utensils are provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available.

Dining Room: A table with 4 chairs, and 4 counter stools are located off of the kitchen counter.

Living Area: Sofa, loveseat, large ottoman, 2 chairs w/ ottomans, TV, console table, 2 end tables, ceiling fan, and a large sliding door leading to the beachfront balcony. The balcony has a bistro dining table, 4 chairs, and 2 sun loungers!

Bedroom #1: The master bedroom has a King-size bed, dresser, armoire, 2 chairs, 2 nightstands, ceiling fan, TV, luggage rack, and an en-suite bathroom.

Bathroom #1 (En-suite): Step-in shower and single vanity. No tub.

Bedroom #2: Queen-size bed, twin-size bed, nightstand, TV, dresser, and ceiling fan.

Bathroom #2: Tub/shower combination and single vanity.

Laundry Closet: Washer and dryer.

Beach Closet: 5 beach chairs, 2 boogie boards, and sand surf toys.

Important Information

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. Adhere to the local noise ordinances.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.

Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.

Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.

Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.

Parking: You have 1 assigned parking space. There are 2 shared guest parking spaces out front that are on a first-come basis.

The surrounding local area has some great day trips as well: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney is just two hours away.

Spring Break

We had a recommendation for Indian Rocks Beach from a friend and it did not disappoint. I found Casa De Playa on VRBO and it was everything and more. Clean, private, right on the ocean, and close to shops and food. The rental was gorgeous and had everything we needed to make our stay so relaxing. We traveled from IN by plane so we had to pack minimally. Our room had beach towels, chairs, sand toys, and a small cooler. Literally everything we needed they had. The entire place was so spacious and the master bed was very comfy! It’s not to often that I sleep well when I travel, but I had no issues at all here. We will be back and I will recommend to everyone! Thank you, Casa De Playa, for making our stay so easy!!
