The Island life is calling your name! This gorgeous and completely updated beach home is walking distance to the beach and has a private pool.



Our beach rental is designed with entertainment in mind. The living, dining and kitchen areas all flow together and create an open space.



This beach house offers a spacious and airy kitchen and is fully stocked with anything you would need.

The kitchen flows into the dining table which seats 8 guests.



Living area features a couch, accent chairs and a Smart flat screen TV.



This comfortable home has a fabulous location, as it's tucked away in the residential area but close enough to all of the action. You'll be conveniently close to dining, shopping, water sports, fishing, golf and family attractions. The beach is just two blocks away.



This beautiful 4 bedroom , 3 bathroom pool home flows graciously throughout and offers an ideal three way split floor-plan with upgrades at every turn.



The Primary bedroom has a King bed, 2nd bedroom has 2 Queen beds, 3rd bedroom a King bed and a 4th bdr with a Bunk bed - King in bottom + full on top. This home sleeps 12 guests total.



Two separate living spaces makes entertaining easy, elegant, and accommodating. The kitchen was recently remodeled, is central to the home, and offers modern cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances.



The backyard is a lush, tropical paradise, perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach. The yard is also xeriscaped with a pavered patio, sitting area, and grilling space making it the epitome of relaxation and fun get-togethers. The pebble-tec pool is a loungers dream and was completely resurfaced in 2018.



Pool heat is $35 per day + taxes - at 85 degrees from Nov to April.

This property allows 1 pet - if approved there is a non-refundable pet fee of $150.00 + taxes.



Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).



AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.



Owner Spaces: Please note that the property includes storage spaces designated for the owner's use. These spaces are securely locked and are not to be accessed or opened by anyone. Spaces will vary in size depending on the storage needs of the owner.

We stayed here for 9 days and we LOVED it! It worked great for three generations, from 10 months to 70 years! The home was great, the yard was so fun for the kids, and the pool was perfect and sparkling clean! We will be back again next year!

Spacious home

Overall, it was a lovely stay. Just a few little things like the outdoor grill needs some attention or replaced and a slow to drain sink in one bathroom. The “pool guys” came on Friday and the chlorine was so strong after they left that our 2 1/2 year old grandson could no longer swim due to it stinging his eyes. If we return to the area we will definitely consider this property again.

Great location

Pool was much smaller than picture suggested. Air conditioner was controlled by eco system. It did not keep up during the day. It got up to 78. Second bathroom had several minor broken things. Laundry system was excellent. Kitchen was excellent. Barbecue pit was excellent. Location was excellent.

We have three kids under 6, so the pool gate was a huge plus for us. Also, there is a great park with tennis, playground, bball, etc. within a 5min walk. Only issues we had were no door on the master bathroom, and almost none of the doors shut easily (without a loud noise). Minor issues, just suggestions to the owner to update. Would definitely rent again.

Amazing Property! 5 Stars

We just finished up 7 days (August-20th-27th) at this outstanding location. We had a total of 7 people who ended up making the trip between 16 and 75 years old. Check in was a breeze, plenty of towels provided, very clean and in a great neighborhood with easy access to Tampa, Clearwater, Indian Rocks. The real gem is the two and a half block walk to a gorgeous beach. The pool was very refreshing after a long hot day on the beach in a beautiful lush backyard. Check out was super easy, they didn't require us to do a bunch of chores before leaving. The staff is amazing and very attentive. Comfy beds and every room had a TV with extra fans. HVAC worked amazing. Check out Crabby Bills for a great dinner and fun shopping in Clearwater for those days it downpours. We are looking forward to booking again for a Feb. business trip.

Nice house Nice Neighborhood but

The house has a smart thermostat that you can not control. Tempetures at night were 75 degrees. Only at 70 degrees in the daytime. Everyone was uncomfortable sleeping. Floor and countertops were not clean. The pool is smaller than it looks in the pictures. This was my first experience with VRBO. For the price we should not have experienced the above.

The kitchen was very small and lacked basic supplies (like scissors, oven mitts, spices, etc.). The layout was a little awkward and very choppy with lots of "sitting rooms" that we never used. We visited IRB with 2 other families who paid similar amounts and had much bigger homes with open concept layouts and many more amenities (golf cart, beach toys, beach chairs, games, full kitchen).

We did have a few issues but nothing catastrophic. 1) there was no vlender - We bought one at Walmart and left it 2) None of the tvs were set up for cable. We Hulued all week. 3) no door on master bath. The walk to the beach is closer to a 5 block walk. The house has been completely updated and is very nice.

Very Nice Vacation Rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent six days at the Dancing Crab with a party of six - four adults and two small children. The pool was great for cooling off with the kids. The putting green in the backyard provided a lot of entertainment for our 3-year-old. The kitchen is stocked nicely with a good supply of items needed for cooking and dining. The bedrooms are split with two on each side of the home allowing separation and privacy. The main exit and backdoor exit to the pool area have safety locks at the top of the door which provides a safeguard against small children exiting. We found a hairdryer and vacuum cleaner that did not work and reported to our host who replaced immediately with new items. Communication with the rental agency throughout our stay was excellent. The gate to the pool could use maintenance as it was difficult to ensure secure closure as a precaution with small children. There were plenty of towels for pool and beach. Location is in a quiet neighborhood and walkable to beach although we drove given gear and small children. Overall a very nice stay!

The house was very clean & looked just like the photos. A split floor plan with some tucked away areas made it great for hosting littles who are sensitive to sound. The pool was a welcomed treat after the beach. It has a wide shelf w/an umbrella - kids loved it! Beds were comfy, fresh & clean. The kitchen was well-stocked with anything you'd ever need - made it easy to cook family meals. Park is a short walk down the street. Beach was an easy 8-min. walk. We'll be back for another stay!

Reviewer Comments: We thought the home was great but it doesn't have enough cooking utensils to cook for 4 plus people.Needs beach chairs or umbrellas to store for shade during hot days on the patio. I own rents in Newport Beach, CA on the beach an its. a necessity.
