White sandy beaches minutes away! Palms, tropical foliage, oak trees and pool surround this furnished one story, four bedroom “get away”, conveniently located in an upscale neighborhood.
4 bedroom 3 bath, beautiful villa with private pool. Air-con, wifi internet, cable TV, gas barbecue .Sleeps up to 10 people depending on group (no more than 8 adults).
This beautiful home is 2,800 sq ft. Tiled with volume ceilings. The Entry door opens into a spacious foyer. The Great Room has a flat screen TV.
The Master suite offers extra pull out couch for a child, its own bathroom, two sinks, spacious vanity . In addition, this room gives direct access to Pool and Jacuzzi area.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes dishes, glassware, and cooking utensils
There is a two-car garage and two-car driveway so you don’t need to worry about parking on the street.
Please Note........ pool and spa heated together at the same temp 87F for $35/ day.

Quiet neighborhood and great family friendly home with short drives to several spring training ball parks. Nice pool. Appreciated that it was well stocked with essentials such as toilet paper, soap, shampoo, paper towels etc. so no need to run to the store immediately on arrival.

Everything was perfect! Home was lovely, location ideal, and host was very accommodating! 8 adults stayed at the home for a week following a family wedding. We enjoyed the pool and all being together for our extended vacation. We visited nearby Clearwater, Dunedin, Tarpon Springs, Honeymoon Island, and Caladesi Island. Highly recommend!

Tolles Haus mit leichten MĂ€ngeln

Das Haus ist prima, allerdings in einigen Bereichen etwas in die Jahre gekommen (TĂŒren, Poolbereich) Voll ausgestattet, alles da was man braucht. Bei Problemen wird umgehend geholfen.

Family Vacation

Spent a week here in Palm Harbor with family. (9) and the home was everything I wanted out of a rental. Plenty of room, 4 bedrooms and a bath for each family. Great swimming pool to wash off the beach sand. Best of all was our host Diana who was very easy to work with and willing to do whatever was needed to make our stay enjoyable. This home is located in a safe and secure neighborhood near the beach, groceries and plenty of restaurants. I highly recommend this beautiful home for large families that need the space.

Not What We Expected

The home is in a fabulous neighborhood. It is not close to Tampa, at least a 40 minute drive without traffic- we went to Berns. The pool was fabulous, jacuzzi not so great. Lots of things were not working. Beds were ok, nothing has been updated, so windows were old as were sliders (lots of them). So to keep cool, really needed to keep curtains closed. Extremely large patio partly covered, but the mildew smell in that area was quite strong. Pool deck could use good cleaning. Large gas grill that was clean and burned quite hot. Master shower had no hot water, sink had lukewarm and bathroom jacuzzi as well as other two showers had extremely hot water. One outdoor hose was inoperable and the washer did not clean at all. The pool area was nice, the neighbors were nice and it was quite outside. TV in master very old and limited channels. Shower in room off kitchen was stopped up, and the water ran out of faucet and shower head. We had a hiccup with a repair to kitchen sink faucet. It took better part of the day. We did get some extra time to compensate. The cleaning was weak, but not horrible. The host did respond. It just could really use some updating as so Many things did not work real well. But we enjoyed that pool area, and Dunedin and Clearwater were nice to visit.
