This family-friendly vacation home has a spacious living area that is perfect for friends and family to gather and spend time together. The fully-equipped kitchen will make meals easy with all the great, stainless steel appliances available, including a convenient dishwasher and a Keurig coffee maker. Enjoy your time with a spacious patio and a beautiful lake view in the backyard. It boasts a Ping-Pong table, BBQ grill, and outdoor dining table set.

By booking this reservation, you agree to the additional policies, terms, and conditions below:

-Please do not enter the lake/pass over the fence.
-Guests are fully responsible for any injury around the lake area.
-As our property has not been child-proofed, we encourage guests to take extra care if your party involves children. We keep our dish soap next to the sink and dishwasher detergent in the cabinet above the sink. Knife in the kitchen cabinet next to the dishwasher.
-Late check out is charged $50 per 30 minutes.
* There are 3 Arlo security cameras, audio disabled on 24/7 outside of the house.
Garbage can schedule: Tuesday and Friday. Please pull out garbage can by Monday night and Thursday night.

Check-out procedure: keep your garbage in the trash can for the cleaner to take it out, load dirty dishes and start the dishwasher, empty the refrigerator, turn off the lights and lock the door.

Great family vacation home!
My husband and I loved this house-the location is only 20 min to St Pete Beach and close to lots of area restaurants, 15 min to downtown St Pete Our adult sons gathered here with their girlfriends in the evenings and they especially enjoyed the little casino table and outdoor patio with the table tennis, corn hole and enjoying the sunsets. The house is comfortable and has a good layout, beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked! Kayla was a gracious host and communicated quickly if I had any questions. We had no problems with our stay, and enjoyed so much of St Petersburg!

Lovely relaxing getaway!
We came to the St. Petersburg/Tampa to attend & celebrate our daughters participation in the black box film festival/senior showcase at the University of Tampa and for a family vacation getaway. The home was super clean, well appointed and the host Kayla is fantastic and a joy to communicate with. We had a wonderful, relaxing time here and loved the space, the great outdoor patio area, & the view of the lake with the beautiful sunsets. The beds are extremely comfortable and we had wonderful sleeps during our stay! It was close to getting around to everything which was perfect for what we needed to do while here in the area. Thanks Kayla for your professionalism and sharing your lovely home with us. Blessings always!

Spacious home in a quiet neighborhood
We enjoyed our stay here in Pinellas Park. There were lots of things to do at the home and it comfortably slept our party of 8, with multiple families. It was thoughtfully supplied with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, tp, dishwasher detergent, trash bags and laundry detergent. The coffee bar was 100 percent on point!
