Gulf-front SW corner 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with a wrap-around balcony for added outdoor space. New sliding glass doors and living room windows provide a ton of natural light and amazing views down the beach at the Gulf of Mexico. The living room has a new couch and love seat and a Twin memory foam Murphy bed that doesn't require any furniture to be moved. The large dining table is perfect for a family meal and a fun game night. The living room has 50" Roku Smart TV and DVD player. The fully equipped kitchen has the amenities of home, create beach picnics or large family meals. Dual coffee machine, makes drip and K-cup style coffee. The master bedroom has a King size bed and mounted Roku smart TV and an ensuite bathroom. The master bathroom has been renovated with a pebble floor step-in shower and a new chair-height toilet. There is a hotel-style safe available in the master bedroom room. The second bedroom has a Queen bed with a traditional mattress and a Double size memory foam bed. Luxury plank vinyl flooring and platform bed frames make the storage of suitcases a breeze. The second bedroom also has a Roku smart TV. The hallway bathroom has a tub/shower. New patio furniture provides a relaxing option to the beach. Rock away as the sun sets over the Gulf of Mexico each evening. This condo has FREE secure WiFi. View from balcony is beautiful, especially at sunset. Pool is refreshing. Realty staff was helpful and pleasant. Location right on the beach helpful for people like me with limited mobility.

Came from 7 and 1’ of snow

We were impressed with how seamless everything went. There weren’t any errors or mistakes. It made our trip very smooth. The condo was amazing. We wish we could live there. It had everything you need. We were there during a cold front, but still thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The heated pool was super nice. The condo was clean and beautiful. No complaints except that we had to leave.

So relaxing. The view was amazing. The beach was clean and not crowded at all. All sorts of food around. We went out to eat a couple of times but other then that we stayed at the condo.

Loved the beach view.

Loved the beach view but checking in and using all kinds of different codes wasn’t fun. One bed in the double bed room was extremely noisy. One burner on the stove doesn’t work. There is mold on the vent in the bathroom. And we found trash on the table in the living when we first walked in. Couches were comfy though.

Beautiful ocean view from the balcony!

This was our first time at Indian Shores and we loved the white sand, clear ocean, and beautiful sunsets. But what we liked best was how the beaches weren’t over crowded. The corner condo is right next to the stairs that lead out to the beach and showers. Plus, the ocean view from the balcony is amazing. We saw dolphins almost every morning. We did find out the first night that there were no extra blankets for the hideaway which was a Saturday so I called the after hours # on Sunday morning and by the afternoon, they had dropped off two blankets. Our teenage girls did mention that the two beds in the 2nd bedroom were noisy and with each movement made a noise but they got used to it. The lady in the front office was very nice and made check in and out an easy process. Plus, you can rent beach chairs and umbrellas if you’re flying and can’t pack them at the office. We would stay here again!

Right on the beach

The property is older but still in good shape. Our room was very clean and comfortable. You will not have to walk far to get to the beach, pool and grills. This is in a quieter, less congested area so the beach was not too full. I would definitely stay again.

Not bad, but probably wouldn’t stay with kids again.

We liked the location, but the room was labeled as a family friendly condo and I don’t think it was. Just very impersonal with my experience with condos. No chairs no kids toys no anything really. And second room with two beds was bad, you couldn’t Even sit on the bed without it making SO MUCH NOISE. It woke us all up when my toddler would flip at night. Not bad, but will choose another place next time.

Paradise!

We would definitely stay here again. The view was incredible! The ease of getting to the beach was so great, literally out the back door. The safety of all the codes for every door was nice to have especially staying with children. The condo was very comfortable and felt like home. I loved the decor. The only thing was that the floors were dirty and we could not go barefoot or our feet would get very dirty. My children's room had no coverlets as shown in the picture and there were no extra blankets. This was minimal when seeing the heavenly view every day. When we realized they had no blankets the staff got them to us immediately. Excellent service, GREAT place to stay!

Exactly what we were looking for

My husband and I, along with another couple were looking to get away and relax on the beach for a week. The condo was just as described with a breath-taking view of the gulf from our 3rd floor lanai. The beach was pristine white sand. April checked us in and was there to answer any questions we had. She was the best!! We hope to return.

Family Holiday Trip

We took our adult children here for a Christmas gift over the Holidays. Everything was just as it looked on the pics. Beautiful views and beach. Easy access to everything you need for a weeks stay. We had a great time!

We had a nice time and the location and place was not. The communication about the extras that came with the room would have been nice as well as could of had a few more towels. Also there was one like one role of tp in each bathroom.

Beautiful vacation spot!

We loved the location and the corner view from the condo. There are a few issues that need serious attention before someone else’s stays here. There appears to be black mold in the air conditioning vent in the second bedroom. Our baby stayed in this room and every time I shut the door and came back there was a strong mold smell in the room. Also, black mold in the master bathroom tub. Needs a good bug service too. Killed a large roach and also had an ant problem. There was a light bulb that someone had taken out of the ceiling fan and hadn’t replaced it. Sand and other junk under some of the furniture so it could use a better cleaning. If these issues are resolved, we’d stay here again in a heart beat!
