About this property

Waterfront 1BR Retreat w/Shared Private Beach + Walk to Beach Blvd

Wake up near the water at this charming 1-bedroom retreat, one of three private, attached guest accommodations on a waterfront property overlooking Boca Ciega Bay. Your indoor space is entirely your own, while the expansive waterfront yard and sandy private beach are shared exclusively with guests of the property’s two other accommodations.

Inside, you’ll find a relaxed, eclectic character with a queen bed, wood floors, full kitchen, separate powder room, and a unique bath with a large tub and shower.

Step outside to unwind by the bay, watch for dolphins and shorebirds, fish from the shoreline, catch a beautiful Florida sunset, or simply enjoy the breeze. The shared waterfront setting offers plenty of room to relax and enjoy one of the property’s most special features.

When you’re ready to explore, leave the car behind. Gulfport’s restaurants, bars, colorful shops, local beach, fishing pier, live music, farmers market, and arts scene are all within an easy walk.

St. Pete Beach and downtown St. Petersburg are also approximately 10–15 minutes away by car.

It’s a great fit for guests looking for a peaceful waterfront escape with Gulfport’s quirky charm and the best of both worlds, relaxing by the bay and walking into town.

This charming and quirky rental is just as described. Old Florida charm, and the location is excellent: right on the bay, next to a lovely little park, and close to the downtown action. Will stay there again!

This was the lovliest place I have every stayed. We were sad we didn't book an entire week! Lisa was lovely. The artistry and artisan effects complimented the style of the home. The beach area on the bay was quiet and secluded. Amazingly quiet considering "downtown" was a few blocks away!! Definitely coming back for a much longer stay next time!!
