Historic villa - minutes to beaches and town center
Welcome to our home! This is a historic home just 1 block away from Starbucks, food stores, and restaurants. The Gulf Beaches are just 3 miles away and the downtown is only at 12 minutes drive. The house is 3500 sqft and has a beautiful backyard with a large swimming pool and a BBQ. 2 large living rooms, a formal dining room, a nice kitchen, 4 bedrooms (one huge master bedroom) and 2,5 bathrooms. PS4, board games, outdoor games will give you plenty to spend a great time!
Historic charm abounds in this exquisite 1928 Mediterranean style home in U shape which have been nicely renovated to give you the peace you need. French doors all around the house give access to a beautiful backyard and a large in-ground swimming pool. This unique home offers a formal living room with wood burning fireplace, a formal dining room, a game room/media room with brick walls, bar, and fireplace. A nice updated kitchen will welcome you to cook nice meals for your friends and family. Upstairs, 4 bedrooms: a large suite with a small lounge salon and TV, a king size bed with a very comfy 3-inch memory foam topper and a nice balcony. Another bedroom with a single bed (memory foam mattress) and tons of toys and books, ideally for children but can fit 2 adults ( I can set up another queen bed if asked). And another bedroom with a queen bed (new comfy mattress from black beauty) near the bathroom with a tub. Continue the stairs and you will discover a huge master bedroom with its king size Tempur pedic mattress with an adjustable base, 2 walking closets and private bathroom with Italian shower, a huge bathtub and double sink. In the back of the house, you can relax around the pool or play some basketball, soccer, etc. There's plenty of parking space with a circular drive and alley access in the rear. Starbucks is just 1 block away alike Earth origins (organic food store) and many restaurants are accessible by foot. Publix, Tyrone mall and movie theater are less than 5min driving. The Gulf Beaches are just 3 miles away with very nice restaurants and on the other way, the vibrant downtown is only at 15 minutes drive. The two TVs have Netflix, Hulu, and Direct TV. In the family/TV room, you can play Wii and PS4 and also plenty of board games and puzzles.

Wonderful Trip
We had an amazing stay at Christophe’s. The house is the perfect base in St. Petersburg, with close proximity to the beaches and many restaurants. The house itself was beautiful and sparkling clean. It was even better than the pictures! We had a great time lounging by the pool. Christophe was so helpful and always available when we had questions - I’ve stayed at many rentals, and he was by far the best and most helpful host I’ve had. Couldn’t recommend this house more!
