This beautiful beachfront condo is located on the 5th floor and is a corner unit, giving you stunning views of the Gulf Beaches. This 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom condo is decorated to give you the relaxing beach feel with all the comforts of home. The well-equipped kitchen comes with everything you need to prepare great meals. Enjoy your meals at the large dining table while taking in the view! The living room is bright and airy with comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV. Step right out onto the balcony to enjoy the picturesque ocean. The large master bedroom has a king bed, private bathroom and TV and the guest bedroom has 2 double beds. Plenty of room for 6 guests!
The sunsets are absolutely stunning sitting on the balcony and listening to the ocean waves. Plus, the complex itself boasts well-manicured grounds, a heated pool and a gas barbecue grill for all to use.

Hop on the trolley and be anywhere between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach within 1/2 an hour, enjoying all of the activities that the Gulf Coast has to offer before returning to the privacy and quiet of your vacation beach home.

Close your eyes and picture yourself lounging on a wide sandy beach, waves lapping at your feet. Imagine yourself sunning poolside, book in hand. How about a romantic stroll on the beach as the sun sets in the Gulf of Mexico? Feel even lazier? Enjoy the breathtaking sunset from your private balcony overlooking the Gulf.

Please Note: Holiday Villas III Condominium will undergo an exterior balcony, concrete and painting restoration project over the next few months.
Crews will work their way around the building throughout the project starting on the North side and working counterclockwise. Only while your unit stack section is being actively worked on (railings removed and replaced) will you possibly not have access to your balcony during parts of your stay. Most balcony’s will be open and fully useable during the project. The biggest impacts from this project will be noise during working hours and with parking adjustments during your stay. Typical construction hours will be Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm.

The pool will remain open during most of the construction process except when work is being done on those units directly above the pool deck area which we anticipate will be later in the year estimating early winter.
