Great property in a great location.
Easy to get to and right across the street from the beach. Less than 5 minute walk and we were on a great gulf coast beach. Took the wagon and chairs and set up camp at a relatively quiet beach. Definitely not as crazy as some of the major access points.
Property was very clean and recently updated. Appliances were clean. AC was quiet and blew cold air. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of clean linens and towels. Space was very big for a family of 4. Nice little porch out back was a great place to relax with a cup of coffee in the morning.
Boys took the rental car to the golf course and the girls had no problem catching the trolley up and down Gulf Blvd from Clearwater to John’s Pass to do some shopping. It was nice to have a convenience store right at the entrance to the complex in case we forgot any essentials. Lu Lu’s Ice Cream was delicious and great way to cool down after a day at the beach. Don’t forget to rinse the sand off at the rinse station conveniently located right at the bottom of the steps.
If you need shrimp tacos, Caddy’s is just a few minutes up the road.
As with all coastal properties there are steps. 1 flight to get up to the condo. 1 more flight to get up to the bedrooms.
Owners were very responsive if we had any questions.
