Charming...2 bed/1.5 bath/2 car garage home located in the heart of Clearwater with 1,379 heated square feet of living space. The interior features an Open Floor Plan, brand new carpet, fresh paint, new chandelier in entryway, recessed lighting, track lighting, ceiling fans in both bedrooms and family room. The kitchen opens up to the living room which makes it easy for entertaining. The kitchen features a good number of cabinets, movable island, brand new Frigidaire ss/black microwave, all other appliances are black and in good condition. The Master Bedroom is very spacious and will accommodate a king size bed with plenty of room to move around or add additional furnishings. The Master Bedroom has a private half bath and peaceful views of the conservation. The guest bathroom has an open tiled walk-in shower, oversized Jacuzzi tub (in-house spa), private toilet, new faucet and light fixture. Don't forget about the sunroom located off the living room which is also air-conditioned (1-wall unit) and is enclosed with windows and overlooks the conservation...a great room to relax. The backyard is very private with conservation views, new landscaping and an area for grilling. Nice home. Move-in ready. Quiet street with fenced in backyard, family friendly neighborhood, golf course down the street and minutes from the beach!

Had a wonderful experience.
House is Neat and Clean. Couple of things that i did not carry but had at house available are Band Aids, Sun Burn cream - These came in Handy. Complimentary Drinks, Mints were made available. Couple of card games were made available - My kids enjoyed Family feud card game. Contacted host for Cloth washing liquid and they kept it ready before we arrive there. Host is very responsive. Enjoyed overall stay.

Perfect host
My stay, here was amazing. Here for work, and the property fit my situation perfect. One small misunderstanding about bed size which is a queen bed in the master suite and a sleeper sofa in the other bedroom. Was under the impression that it was a king bed in the master bedroom. Overall the place was very clean! The host had the place ready for me as I arrived with all the necessary things for a long-term stay of 45 days. So gracious are the use of their house. Would definitely recommend to stay here.
